As a Town of Oyster Bay homeowner, I am enraged and appalled at the unprecedented corruption and financial mismanagement we’ve witnessed. I’m particularly upset about the recent 11.5% tax increase. As council candidate, my platform would be one of anti-corruption, fiscal responsibility, and increased government transparency and accessibility.
I’m the Program Manager for a Center for Social Justice, and a doctoral student of education. I’m also a Gulf War veteran and a mother to two young sons who continually motivate me to create positive change in the community
